How did we take this fashion brand from almost $0 to $38k in the first 2 months?

We had success with a similar brand, so the moment I saw their website, I knew we could make it work. After talking to the owner, I learned they were very successful on Etsy, but they couldn't make it work with their own Shopify store.

In fact, they were quite disappointed with Facebook ads and the previous agency, which spent quite a large budget last year and generated only a loss...

But because we had good success with a similar brand, we managed to convince them to give it another try.

Here's what we did in August (the first month of cooperation):
✔️ Analyzed their ad account and what was done to find if there were some low-hanging fruits.
✔️ Analyzed their Etsy store data and bestselling products.
✔️ Analyzed their Shopify store and created a checklist of what we should improve right away.
✔️ Implemented some quick CRO hacks on their Shopify store to make it convert better.
✔️ Created a marketing strategy and testing plan.
✔️ Picked target markets where we saw the biggest opportunity.
✔️ Started testing products on Facebook and Instagram.
✔️ Started testing audiences, creatives, and copies.

Just after two weeks, we found two winning products and started slowly scaling while continuing testing. We managed to hit $1.4k per day with a 4.5 ROAS.
I'll update you on the progress next month.

Key takeaway: Image ads work amazingly well for the fashion niche. But you must have very appealing pictures, and there is some secret editing technique that we've seen work very well.
